Beautiful warm afternoon here in the Upstate. My Go To hike needed shook up just a little bit so I went across the road and hiked a trail I don't often hike. A nice out and back through clean woods and beside this small lake. It is a manmade lake with a cement sluice for overflow on the edge of the earthen dam. The water shot is near the dam and the swampy picture is where the water flows in, I made a video of the spring with the water flowing out of the ground but it has not loaded from phone to computer. My disappointment! The big turtle logged on was a pleasant surprise. He did not need to slip off but they all do.
Get out and enjoy what God has given to us.
